Awaken to the Beauty of What Is:
Freedom as a Spiritual Practice
Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health
Lenox, MA
January 10–15, 2009
.
Freedom
is an internal state of liberation from the false sense of separation,
smallness, and “not enoughness.” This dynamic workshop is about making
freedom your spiritual practice in every waking moment. It will give
you a compass to locate true north and anchor yourself in a deep,
awakened stillness.
Many of us have spent our adult lives
“working on ourselves.” While well intentioned, this practice implies
that we are fundamentally flawed and only if we change, fix, or heal
ourselves will we be whole. In truth, we are whole and complete right
now.
This program invites you to surrender your concepts, false
identity, and personal story. You will discover that your story is not
a tragedy, but a reality show destined to awaken you to the beauty of
“what is,” and your own relaxed, natural, non-reactive state of
consciousness. Using non-dual practices, voice dialogue, unconditional
awareness, meditation, and techniques for living in the light, you will
explore states of freedom and openness that will awaken you to the
truth of who you really are.

Apprenticeship Program on
The Psychology of Symptoms
Dates: March 3 -May 5, 2010
Wednesday Mornings from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Cost: $1000
Location: Boulder, CO
The apprenticeship program is an in-depth experiential training for practitioners, healers and professionals. Participants will learn a psycho-spiritual process "the psychology of symptoms" which they can integrate into their professional practice and life.
This 10-week program offers a comprehensive mind-body approach to working with the underlying psycho-emotional and energetic causes of physical symptoms. Participants will learn a precise, direct-contact approach to accessing the repressed emotions, and disowned selves that create the restricted energy of disease.?This program offers an introduction to voice dialogue. Participants will learn to work with Primary Selves, Disowned Selves and the Aware Ego. Embodying disowned selves frequently creates a significant shift in physiology that changes physical symptoms. This program also includes skill development in somatic resourcing, anchoring new states of being to facilitate sustainable changes in physiology, tracking energy and releasing core patterns of energy constriction.
This program also offers an in-depth approach to working with the energy of symptoms. Using the Journey-Work as a tool to access the subconscious, you will learn to bring awareness to the disowned shadow energies hidden within physical symptoms and transmute those energies into integrated states of beingness and creative expression.
This apprenticeship program serves as a personal growth experience and a professional development.
